No-equipment “hands up” workout
This workout can help strengthen your spinal muscles while working on your balance using your core, glutes and legs. And maintaining your arms up during the whole workout will make your shoulders burn. Take your time to perform each exercise in a slow controlled motion.

  • 20 squats
  • 20 alternative backward lunges
  • 20 walking lunges (or alternative forward lunges if you don’t have enough space available)
  • 20 bird dogs
  • 10 warrior III yoga poses on right leg
  • 10 warrior III yoga poses on left leg
  • 10 get down & up starting with right leg (stay in a squat position when you’re up, make those legs burn!)
  • 10 get down & up starting with left leg

It will take you around 25 minutes to perform this circuit 3 times. Keep your abs engaged to protect your lower back!

Bathing Suits

I’m shopping for bathing suits right now, and it just makes me more frustrated about my body. I have so far to go. My ass is too big compared to the rest of my body and my breasts too small. I hate it. I hate my body.

I’m sorry, I try to be much more positive about these things, but it’s so hard. It’s so damn hard.

Today, I realized that I’m actually pretty lonely. My sisters have three of their friends over. The way they talked and laughed and told stories - I mean, I have friends, though a lot of the time I’m annoyed with them. I can talk to them, but not talk to them. I wish I could hang out with my friends like my sisters hang out with theirs.

Maybe I’ve just been annoyed with me.

My mom noted on how I’m eating healthy. Honestly, I’m not too sure what to think of that.

It’s all about being body positive, making friends, eating healthy, and exercising. No short cuts or bullshit just hard work and dedication.

  • You must eat at the very least 1,000 calories a day. Pro-ana and Pro-mia will not be accepted into the group. However, if you are currently recovering or are recovered from an ED you may join.
  • No one may encourage (or advise) someone to try harmful diets or do anything harmful to themselves to loose weight.

I am also looking for MODs for each group. If you want to take on that role please send me an application with: your name, age, and email + why you want to be a mod. You must be a positive person, be very encouraging to the people in your group, and give support to members in your group who are struggling.
